Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and craft cocktails consistently.
• Execute house cocktails according to recipe and presentation.
• Make thoughtful cocktail recommendations.
• Understand spirits, flavor profiles, beer, wine, and cigar pairings.
• Engage guests and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages.
• Handle cash and POS procedures accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Learn about premium cigars and cigar culture.
• Collaborate with servers and cigar tenders.
• Support events, tastings, and VIP experiences.

Tailored Smoke ATL is seeking experienced Bartenders/Mixologists who understand that the bar is part of the entertainment and hospitality experience. We want bartenders who can make a great cocktail and make the guest feel like they belong at the bar.

Our ideal candidate has strong cocktail knowledge, personality, confidence, and the ability to curate drinks based on a guest's preferences.
