We are a fine dining venue requiring 2+ years of bartending experience, deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and pairings, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a fine dining brand.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Provide an elevated, personalized guest experience in a fine dining atmosphere.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, craft beers, and cocktail menus.
• Manage bar inventory, stocking, and mise en place to ensure seamless service.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and comply with all local liquor laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment at all times.
