We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and high-quality experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be a key figure in our front-of-house operations, crafting exceptional drinks and contributing to the overall success of our bar and restaurant.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, wine, and beer, with speed and precision.
• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and storage, in compliance with all sanitation standards.
• Manage transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, Toast, handling cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Monitor and restock inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes, and report shortages to management.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of alcohol, checking identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Assist in the development of new cocktail menus or drink specials, contributing creative and profitable ideas.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and positive dining and drinking experience for all guests.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is required.
• Expert knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic and contemporary cocktail preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and drink quality.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess all necessary state or local certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) as required.
