Job summary

Tailored Smoke ATL in Norcross, Georgia, is seeking personable servers to join an upscale cigar lounge and social destination. You will deliver attentive, personalized service, engage guests, and balance warmth with professionalism to create memorable experiences.

Learn our menu, cocktails, and premium cigars, and confidently recommend pairings based on guest preferences. A team-oriented attitude and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant, upscale dining establishment, lounge, or comparable hospitality environment preferred. 3+ years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Willingness to learn and confidently discuss premium cigars, menu offerings, cocktails, and beverages.
• Ability to work days/evenings, weekends, and holidays/special events as scheduled.
• Ability to meet applicable requirements for responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality: welcome guests, build rapport, anticipate needs, and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Know the products: develop a strong understanding of our food menu, cocktails, beverages, and premium cigar offerings.
• Recommend cigar pairings: learn cigar profiles, flavor notes, strength, and characteristics to confidently recommend complementary cigars and beverage pairings based on guest preferences.
• Guide the guest experience: make thoughtful menu, beverage, and cigar recommendations while communicating confidently and professionally.
• Maintain exceptional service standards: keep tables, service stations, and assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Work as a team: communicate effectively with bartenders, food runners, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability: handle guest concerns professionally, follow through on requests, accept coaching, and take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Uphold professionalism: maintain punctuality, a polished appearance, a positive attitude, and composure during busy service periods; follow all safety requirements.

Tailored Smoke ATL is an upscale cigar lounge and social destination bringing together premium cigars, elevated dining, curated beverages, and exceptional hospitality in a sophisticated atmosphere. We are creating more than a place to dine or enjoy a cigar. We are creating an experience built around connection, comfort, and personalized service.

We are looking for servers who are naturally attentive, service-driven, and comfortable engaging with guests. You should be able to balance warmth with professionalism, anticipate customer needs, and create an experience that encourages guests to return.

If your approach to serving is simply taking an order, delivering it, and waiting for the next table, this may not be the right fit. We are looking for individuals who take ownership of the guest experience from the initial welcome to the final farewell.
