Tailored Smoke ATL is seeking energetic Hospitality Support Team Members to join our Front-of-House. This dynamic role covers table support, food running, guest service and bar support in a busy lounge setting.

You will help keep the dining room, lounge, and service areas running smoothly, communicate guest needs to the right team, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience with a professional, personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room, lounge, and service areas
• Run food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Assist servers and bartenders with guest and service needs
• Communicate special requests, modifications, and guest needs to the appropriate team member
• Stock and restock bar supplies, glassware, ice, and beverages
• Assist bartenders and servers during busy periods
• Support opening, closing, events, and VIP experiences
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout service
• Stay alert to guest needs and assist wherever needed

Position Overview

Tailored Smoke ATL is looking for energetic, dependable Hospitality Support Team Members to join our Front-of-House team. This is a dynamic support role that helps keep the restaurant, bar, and cigar lounge running smoothly. You may work across several areas of the operation, including table support, food running, guest service, and bar support.

Guest & Service Support

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room, lounge, and service areas
• Run food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Assist servers and bartenders with guest and service needs
• Communicate special requests, modifications, and guest needs to the appropriate team member

Bar & Operations Support

• Stock and restock bar supplies, glassware, ice, and beverages
