Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and vouchers.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders, mix and garnish drinks.
• Maintain bar setup and stock beer, wine, spirits, and supplies daily.
• Receive cash, balance money, and operate POS for check creation.
• Answer room service calls, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; assist other beverage staff.
