Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Palm Springs, CA seeks enthusiastic team members for our airport retail and dining venues. We offer both part-time and full-time roles in a fast-paced, diverse environment, with opportunities to serve travelers and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Your duties include greeting guests, answering questions, taking orders, processing payments in the POS system, seating guests, coordinating with servers, and keeping the host stand clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and politely.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, public environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about menus and seating.
• Take orders and process payments in the POS system.
• Seat guests and coordinate with servers to manage seating.
• Maintain a clean, stocked host stand and assist with to-go orders.

• Process to-go orders quickly and efficiently in the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit transaction accurately.
• Maintain store appearance with respect to merchandising and maintaince standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.
• Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked host stand.
• Assist servers and food runners, as needed. Must be able to maneuver heavy trays of food.
• Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
