Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is an award-winning airport concessionaire seeking friendly, customer-focused team members for part-time, on-site roles in a dynamic retail and dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and assist with daily operations to ensure a high-quality experience for travelers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Operate coffee making equipment and assist with preparation.
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments using the POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions in line with cash handling SOPs.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and products and deliver first-class experiences.
