Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a professional bartender to deliver superior beverage service to guests and cocktail servers, while fostering excellent guest relations in a high-energy casino setting.

You will pour drinks to recipes, maintain a safe, clean bar area, and open/close the bar per procedures. The role requires 21+, background/drug checks, and compliance with licensing rules; hotel/casino experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited bartending course or two years’ outside experience in high-volume cocktail service, preferably in a hotel/casino environment.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be twenty one (21) years of age.
• Knowledge of how to mix a wide variety of drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• The operation of all bar equipment.
