Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati seeks a skilled bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to guests and cocktail servers. You will pour drinks per established recipes, maintain a clean, safe bar area, and contribute to a welcoming gaming environment.

You will mentor peers and ensure compliance with age-verification policies. The role requires completing an accredited bartending course or having 2+ years of high-volume cocktail experience, plus background and drug screenings and age 21+.

Qualifications

Must have completed an accredited bartending course or have 2 years of high-volume cocktail service experience.
Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations.
Must pass background check and drug screening; must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Build and retain guest relations; mentor team members to deliver superior service.
Provide superior customer service and handle difficult guests with resilience.
Maintain funds and equipment in an orderly manner; ensure bar is clean and safe.
