Qualifications

• Provide genuine hospitality with heart and style in every guest interaction.
• Guide guests through menus with confidence, explaining ingredients, spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and preparations.
• Maintain knowledge of all beverages, allergens, and dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Execute bar and service standards with consistency and warmth.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and presentation standards.
• Enter orders into POS and manage bar tickets for seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar and equipment at all times.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and reconcile guest checks and payments.
