Springhill Suites Kennewick, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Bartender to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will take and deliver orders, mix and serve drinks, handle payments, and ensure responsible service while keeping a clean, organized bar area.

We're seeking reliable team players with a high school diploma, hospitality experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain government or brand permits/certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare and serve beverages and process guest payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and assist with events.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to support daily operations and guest service.
