Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a bartender for SpringHill Suites Seattle Issaquah to deliver quality beverages and engaging guest service. You will mix cocktails, serve wines and handle room service with attentiveness in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and supporting hotel goals through teamwork. Evening/weekend hours and required permits are noted in the qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage and/or serving experience is required.
• Bartending experience may be required at some locations.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• You must be able to stand and move for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Serve food as needed and assist with bar prep and restocking.
• Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, utensils, and bar area; assist with inventory and receiving.
