Job summary

InnVentures, operating SpringHill Suites Seattle Issaquah, seeks a Bartender to deliver memorable guest experiences with quality beverages. You will serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service, mix cocktails, and keep service smooth in a fast-paced setting while engaging guests.

Candidates should have prior food and beverage or server experience, strong communication, and basic tech skills. Must obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit and be available evenings,

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or serving experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential; basic technology proficiency is needed.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages; serve food as needed.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area; restock and prep bar items.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of F&B items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
