Springhill Suites Kennewick, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Bartender to join our fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will take and deliver orders, mix and serve drinks, handle payments, and ensure responsible service while keeping a clean, organized bar area.

We're seeking reliable team players with a high school diploma, hospitality experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain government or brand permits/certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Summary

This position is responsible for taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing guest payments, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized work area, collaborate with hotel departments to support events and daily operations, and consistently deliver outstanding hospitality that exceeds guest expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
