Sushi Tokyo Inc seeks a Bartender to join our team. You will take drink orders, craft traditional and creative cocktails, and keep the bar inviting and clean. We value energy, customer service, and a passion for mixology.

Responsibilities include serving customers, handling payments, restocking supplies, and maintaining a fast-paced, compliant bar environment. This position emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take drink orders.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow laws for serving alcohol.
• Collect payment and operate cash register.
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients.
• Open and close the bar, including cleaning duties.
