Job summary

Trappers Sushi Co Tukwila is seeking an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests with a welcoming, professional attitude. You will ensure smooth bar operations, follow alcohol service laws, and contribute to a positive dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks to order, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking inventory, handling payments, and supporting front-of-house teammates. A focus on teamwork and hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Follow all state, local, and company guidelines for responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
• Restock, rotate, and maintain bar inventory, ensuring accuracy and freshness of products.
• Handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and side work.
• Support team members in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
