Job summary

Trapper's Sushi in Tukwila, WA seeks a personable Bartender for our fast-paced bar. You will craft drinks, upsell menu pairings, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to all alcoholic beverage regulations.

You’ll collaborate with servers and managers to ensure smooth front-of-house operations, support opening/closing duties, and contribute to a high-volume, guest-focused service culture.

Qualifications

• 21+ age requirement with valid WA MAST permit.
• Experience with bar equipment and drink recipes preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional bar atmosphere and guest service.
• Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws.
• Recommend drinks and pairings from the menu.
• Handle payments accurately with POS systems.
• Restock and maintain clean, well-stocked bar area.
• Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Complete opening, running, and closing duties."
• Support teammates to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
