Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge; great communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures; accurate tip-out sheets and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with food and beverages promptly.
• Pour drinks according to specifications and process orders in POS accurately.
• Serve food and drinks and assist servers as needed.
• Notify management if a guest is intoxicated or disruptive.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming specifications and collaborate with the team.
