Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience or more.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with credit card and cash handling.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks according to specifications and ring orders in the POS.
• Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude.
• Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
• Maintain clean bar and equipment; follow grooming specs.
• Stay flexible and be prepared to take on additional duties.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
