Responsibilities include stocking supplies, processing payments, and promoting beverage options, while upholding brand standards and maintaining a clean, safe bar area for guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the bar area and ensure the bar is set up properly and ready for service
• Order and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections
• Process guest payments accurately, make change as needed, verify charges, record transactions, and ensure vouchers are completed properly
• Recommend and promote drink options, document drink orders, prepare drinks using standard recipes for mixes, garnishes, and presentations
