HHM Hotels is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in Bloomington, IN. You will serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, aiming to achieve high guest satisfaction.

The role offers opportunities for growth from Beverage Manager to Restaurant Manager within a supportive environment. You will maintain clean bar areas, verify customer ages, prepare drinks, handle payments, manage inventory, and adhere to safety and sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• TIPS certification a plus.
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training.
• Food Sanitation certificate required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnish.
• Check IDs to verify alcohol age requirements.
• Prepare and serve drinks and/or food orders.
• Take, serve, and clear orders for guests at bar and lounge tables.
• Handle guest checks and payments.
• Follow guidelines for identifying intoxicated guests.
• Assist with beverage inventory and par levels.
• Perform required side work before shift end.
• Strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
