Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a busy and dynamic restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
