Job summary

Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking a skilled Bartender to lead our spirited bar scene with handcrafted cocktails and warm hospitality. You’ll engage guests, drive beverage sales, and create memorable moments in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Requirements include 21+ to serve alcohol, knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and excellent English communication. Training is available, with opportunities for advancement within the hotel’s program.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment; training available.
• 21+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Intimate knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer and wine.
• TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons.
• Maximize tasting bar and beverage sales by educating guests on offerings.
• Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
