Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking skilled bartenders for Colletta at The Westin Riverfront in Avon, CO. You will bring craft, personality, and hospitality from the first pour to the last call, delivering a memorable bar experience that keeps guests returning. ASAP start with 4pm-Closing shifts.

Part-time and full-time year-round or seasonal opportunities, $15.16/hr plus tips. Must be 21+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, quality, and presentation
• Create genuine connections with guests while providing attentive service
• Make confident recommendations about cocktails, beverages, and menu offerings
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service
• Prepare garnishes and bar essentials to maintain efficiency
• Manage multiple guest needs and priorities during busy service
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure a smooth guest experience

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation.
• Create genuine connections with guests while providing knowledgeable, attentive service.
• Make confident recommendations and answer questions about cocktails, beverages, and menu offerings.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes, ingredients, and other bar essentials to maintain an efficient operation.
• Manage multiple guest needs and priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure during busy service.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to keep the guest experience running smoothly.

Location: Colletta in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa- Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Year-Round, Full-Time Seasonal Opportunities!
