East West Hospitality seeks a Part-Time Server for Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. You will deliver polished service from greeting to farewell, guide guests through menu selections, and respond promptly to guest needs, all while maintaining a lively, guest-focused dining atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for hospitality, 1 year of F&B experience preferred, and the ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

You'll be part of a brand-new restaurant from the ground up, working alongside a team focused on creating an experience guests will want to come back for. What You'll Do Includes:

• Deliver polished, attentive service from greeting through farewell.


• Guide guests through food, beverage, and daily menu selections with confidence.


• Anticipate needs, personalize service, and respond quickly to guest requests.


• Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.


• Build genuine guest connections that turn a great meal into a memorable experience.


• Communicate and coordinate with the team to keep service running smoothly.


• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism, good judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.

Pay Rate:

$15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type:

Part Time, Year Round

Schedule:

3:00pm - 11:00pm, shifts include weekends and holidays
