Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in north Georgia seeks a Banquet Manager to supervise daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold standard operating procedures. Lead captains, servers, and staff, coordinate event setup and service quality to deliver a premium experience.

This role requires 1–2 years in related hospitality, post-secondary education, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a team‑oriented mindset; hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• 1–2 years of related banquet/food and beverage experience.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banquet operations and servicing standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet associates and ensure high quality service.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, coach and evaluate staff.
• Oversee daily banquet operations, orders, setup, and service quality.
• Review and discuss Banquet Event Orders with clients and teams.
• Manage checks, service charges, payroll, and cost controls.
