Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a Bartender. You’ll craft beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and help launch a one-of-a-kind pre-opening experience.

You’ll work with a team that values creativity, precision, and guest satisfaction, with competitive pay, health coverage, PTO, and 401(k). Wisconsin-safety certifications required within 30 days, Baraboo area license a must.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong guest service and multitasking skills.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin AB Certification required within 30 days of starting.
• Bartender license for Baraboo area required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
• Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and verify guest IDs.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and delivering exceptional guest service at the bars at our off‑site restaurant. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide attentive and engaging service to bar guests
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area
• Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
