Vail Resorts in New York State is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including bartenders, cooks, and more. You’ll join a team delivering guest experiences in the mountains, with a focus on service, safety, and fun.

The role offers on-site work, training, and opportunities to grow within a leading mountain resort company. Starting wages are posted for winter season roles, with tipping potential and housing options available.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $16.00/hr - $16.06/hr
  • If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is$16.00/hr - $16.06/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
