Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 and summer seasonal positions at our mountain resorts. As a Bartender, you will craft hot and cold beverages, engage guests, and help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime while working with a dynamic team.

Starting wage ranges from $12.14 to $13.50 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20 per hour when tips are included. Roles areSummer Seasonal 2026 with full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

• Make connections with guests and co-workers

• Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday

The expected pay range is$12.14/hr - $13.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
