Vail Resorts is hiring a Winter Seasonal Bartender in Breckenridge, CO. You will craft cocktails, wine, and beer, serve guests, and contribute to a memorable mountain experience. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic setting.

Starting wage is $12.14–$16.04 per hour with potential to exceed via tips in tipped positions. Full- and part-time shifts are available for the Winter 2026/27 season, with housing options noted.

Job Requirements:

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
• The expected pay range is$12.14/hr - $16.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
