Job summary

Vail Resorts in Pennsylvania is hiring for winter seasonal bartender positions (2026/27). You will craft hot and cold beverages, serve guests, and help create a memorable mountain experience.

Training is provided, and applicants must be at least 18 years old with background checks required by the state. • Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday

Job Specifications

Starting Wage:$2.83/hr - $7.77/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

The expected pay range is$2.83/hr - $7.77/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
