Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 across outlets in the mountains. Roles include bartenders, cooks, drivers, instructors, and more, with a pathway to extended opportunities.

Starting wage is clearly posted with tipping guaranteed to augment earnings, plus free ski/snowboard lessons, employee passes, and industry-leading training. Applications open on a rolling basis and run through December 15th or until filled.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $2.83/hr - $7.77/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday

Job Requirements:

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is needed
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs
• The expected pay range is$2.83/hr - $7.77/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
