Job summary

Motek, a part of Happy Corner Hospitality collective, seeks a Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will join the bar team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service, provide recommendations, and elevate standards across shifts.

We value extensive liquor/wine knowledge, craft cocktail skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a bartender role in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable about dishes/cocktails to offer recommendations.

Position Overview

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with the bar team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service, consistency, and an elevated guest experience that reflects our brand values. From introducing our concept to new guests, crafting our signature cocktails, and giving recommendations when needed, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a bartender role.
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.
• Experience working with Toast POS system preferred.
• Extensive liquor/wine knowledge; Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
