Job summary

LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights customers.

You will work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks, greet patrons, verify age, and handle cashless or cash transactions with accuracy. You will also manage inventory, train on drink recipes, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks.
• Greet customers and verify age.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Manage inventory and maintain bar supplies.
• Clean bar area and ensure excellent sanitation.
• Upsell items and create new drink recipes.
• Operate POS systems and ensure charges are accurate.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks

• Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes


• Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks


• Processing payments

• Cleaning bar supplies

• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations


• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate.


• Ability to use POS systems


• Ability to work as a team


• Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed.


• Other job duties may be assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, must be over 18 years old


• Additional education, training, certificates or experience required


• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol


• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong task and time management abilities.


• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods of time


• Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs


• Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar and in the kitchen.


• Ability to climb stairs


• Standing for 6-8 hours may be required.


• Moving intermittently during work hours
