Job summary

Chula’s Mexican-Latin Food & Spirits is seeking an energetic bartender to craft memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests warmly, take accurate orders with our handheld POS, and recommend pairings to elevate dining moments.

Bring at least 2 years of bartending or 3 years serving in high-volume settings. You will help maintain inventory, handle cash, and ensure responsible service with a friendly, Fiesta-ready attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 3+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Solid beer, liquor, and wine knowledge; willingness to expand expertise.

What You’ll Do

Maintain liquor inventory and keep the bar fully stocked and fiesta-ready

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly

Serve alcohol responsibly — card correctly and recognize signs of intoxication

Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties

Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management

Maintain proper uniform standards and personal presentation

Bring integrity, professionalism, and a contagious positive attitude to every shift

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
OR

3+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Compensation

Starting wage: $11.41/hour + Tips

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
