Chula’s Mexican-Latin Food & Spirits in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a friendly SERVER to help guests enjoy bold flavors and handcrafted cocktails. You’ll own the guest experience from greeting to final check, guiding pairings and ensuring accurate orders on a handheld POS, while maintaining energy in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of serving experience in a restaurant with above-average volume.
• Preferred: 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Experience using a handheld POS system and handling cash/credit transactions.

What You’ll Do

Accurately take and enter orders into our handheld POS system

Confidently recommend food and beverage pairings that elevate the experience

Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity

Complete all opening, closing, and side work duties

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all beverages served

Act as the final quality check on food and drinks before they reach the table

Maintain tables throughout the guest’s experience — attentive, polished, and proactive

Serve alcohol responsibly — properly card guests and recognize signs of intoxication

Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and managers

Value and support the role every team member plays in delivering an exceptional experience

Recognize when to multitask independently and when to ask for support

Maintain a positive, contagious attitude — on the floor and beyond
