Job summary

Chula’s Mexican-Latin Food & Spirits is seeking an energetic bartender to craft memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests warmly, take accurate orders with our handheld POS, and recommend pairings to elevate dining moments.

Bring at least 2 years of bartending or 3 years serving in high-volume settings. You will help maintain inventory, handle cash, and ensure responsible service with a friendly, Fiesta-ready attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 3+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Solid beer, liquor, and wine knowledge; willingness to expand expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the guest experience at Chula’s — anticipate needs before they’re spoken.
• Greet every guest promptly with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Enter orders accurately into our handheld POS system.
• Elevate the experience through thoughtful, suggestive food and beverage recommendations.
• Prepare beverages with precision, consistency, and pride.
• Maintain liquor inventory and keep the bar fully stocked and fiesta-ready.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Serve alcohol responsibly — card correctly and recognize signs of intoxication.
• Complete all assigned opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
