Haywire in Texas is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and guide guests through a curated dining experience. The role emphasizes knowledge of local spirits, wine, and beer, with a focus on hospitality and pairing recommendations.

• Provide warm, southern hospitality and host guests.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum two (2) years serving/bartending experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
