Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking passionate hospitality professionals for a dynamic retail and dining environment at the airport. Roles include part-time and full-time opportunities where you will deliver first-class guest experiences, prepare craft cocktails, and ensure accurate transactions in a diverse and inclusive team.

You will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while following safety procedures and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced airport setting.
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash with integrity.
• Knowledge of menu items and beverage options to upsell when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wines, and food as per menu.
• Maintain proper garnishes and glassware, and keep bar stocked and clean.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow alcohol safety procedures and verify legal drinking age.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.

• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Stocks and cleans glassware through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer and sanitizer.
• Performs opening and closing side work, as directed.
