Job summary

Paradies Lagardère, an award-winning airport concessionaire, seeks enthusiastic team members for part-time and full-time roles in a diverse, inclusive retail and dining environment. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and maintain brand standards while delivering first-class service to travelers.

Responsibilities include menu knowledge, allergy guidance, teamwork, and flexibility to support various areas. Benefits include medical, PTO, holiday pay, and 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service with the ability to greet guests and take orders quickly.
• Cash handling and payment processing experience including POS systems.
• Ability to adhere to brand standards and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders within standard service times.
• Accurately total and process payments using the POS system and handle cash securely.
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations; assist with allergy questions and guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety and grooming guidelines.
• Support different restaurant areas as needed and help with training new team members.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and uphold first-class service standards.

• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as seating customers, answering telephones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation.
• Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards. Duties may include but are not
• limited to removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning dishes.
• Be compliant with all local, state, federal laws and regulation including those relating to food safety.
• Adhere to Brand standards and systems.
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
