Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions is seeking a talented, energetic bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport. We craft memorable cocktails, share beverage knowledge, and deliver genuine hospitality.

The Bartender creates exceptional guest experiences by crafting beverages, taking orders, and offering thoughtful recommendations while collaborating with the restaurant team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Formación

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar tools.
• Interest in craft cocktails and expanding beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency.
• Dependable and team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with both front- and back-of-house team members.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform the physical requirements of the position for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Welcome and engage guests while taking food and beverage orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of Emmaline’s food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings.
• Provide attentive, polished service while creating a comfortable and approachable atmosphere.
• Prepare beverages for both bar guests and restaurant service.
• Upsell beverages, food, and featured offerings through thoughtful recommendations rather than high-pressure selling.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and the culinary team to provide seamless service throughout the restaurant.

Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions is looking for a talented, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

The Bartender is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting beverages, taking food and beverage orders, making recommendations, and providing excellent service at the bar and throughout the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Welcome and engage guests while taking food and beverage orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of Emmaline’s food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings.
• Provide attentive, polished service while creating a comfortable and approachable atmosphere.
• Prepare beverages for both bar guests and restaurant service.
• Upsell beverages, food, and featured offerings through thoughtful recommendations rather than high-pressure selling.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and the culinary team to provide seamless service throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar, including counters, shelves, equipment, glassware, garnishes, and service areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate product and restocking needs to management.
• Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures.
• Follow all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns promptly, professionally, and with a hospitality-first approach.
• Complete opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
