Tailwind Concessions LLC in Green Bay, WI is seeking a friendly Bartender to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced airport environment. You will craft alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, engage guests, and help maintain a clean, organized bar while following safety and sanitation standards.

This part‑time position offers on‑site work, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other task as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program
