Tailwind Concessions LLC in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver friendly service and craft drinks in a fast-paced airport setting.

Responsibilities include creating beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, stocking, handling transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Must pass background checks for an Airport Security Badge and have access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items.
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other task as assigned.
