Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking part-time bartenders at Hilton Head Airport to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include crafting drinks, engaging guests, and maintaining a clean, compliant bar area while managing inventory and transactions.

Ideal candidates will have experience with bar tools, knowledge of sanitation regulations, and the ability to pass background checks for an Airport Security Badge.

Qualifications

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• All other task as assigned

Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of completion of a state‑mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program
• Must be 21 years or older due to state requirements for the sake of alcohol
• Paid training
