Job summary

Tailwind Concessions LLC in St. George, UT is seeking a part-time Bartender to craft a range of beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will maintain a clean bar, manage inventory, and assist guests with tailored recommendations to create a memorable experience.

Applicants should have prior bar experience, familiarity with safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to pass a background check for an Airport Security Badge. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• All other task as assigned

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.
