Job summary

Tailwind Concessions LLC in Portland, ME seeks a Bartender to craft drinks, deliver excellent service, and maintain a clean bar in a fast-paced environment. You will engage guests, follow standard recipes, and assist with inventory and safety protocols to ensure a welcoming experience for travelers.

The position requires passing a background check for an Airport Security Badge, reliable transportation, and completion of an approved alcohol service training program.

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $7.75 To $10.00 Hourly

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• All other task as assigned
