Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is hiring a Barista for the Tailwind team inside the La Crosse (LSE) airport. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly service, handling transactions, and preparing coffee and beverages to the company’s standards.

You will greet travelers, operate the POS, maintain a clean workstation, assist with inventory, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth operation. A TSA background check and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with point of sale systems.

• Barista experience preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Barista to join the Tailwind team located inside of the LSE airport! As a part of the Tailwind experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

In the Barista/Cashier role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your main goal will be to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Qualification/Skills:

• Experience with point of sale systems
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service
• Barista experience-preferred

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual
