Job summary

CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a friendly bartender to serve resort guests with exceptional hospitality. You will maintain a clean bar, follow recipes, and engage guests with drink recommendations while processing transactions accurately.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Applicants should have bartending experience in high-volume settings, hold a Food Handler's Card and alcohol service certification, and work well with team members to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
• Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Serving Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
