Job summary

First Light Resorts in California is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve drinks, engage guests, and maintain knowledge of classic cocktails and current drink trends.

You will also manage cash, restock bar inventory, and ensure responsible alcohol service, while delivering warm, attentive service in a remote lodging setting near Carnelian Bay and South Lake Tahoe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant/hospitality and/or banquet service experience.
• Structured training in restaurant/catering service.
• Some knowledge of, training in and interest in drink preparation.
• Self-motivated, with experience working independently.
• Takes pride in providing fantastic, warm, caring service.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Enjoys being part of a team.
• Interest in living in a remote lodging environment.
• Leading a healthy, drug-free lifestyle.
• Dynamic, fun and likes the outdoors.
